Spitalfields Festival has a very special group of patrons and donors who share a passion for music and its importance as a part of Spitalfields and the surrounding area. This support allows us to produce astounding events in unusual spaces and to run a year round education and community programme in Tower Hamlets. We are extremely grateful for this support.

There are a number of different ways to do so:
New Music Commission Fund
Everything was new once and we believe the Festival must commission music for our own time. Since 1992Over its lifetime the Festival has commissioned 42 new pieces from the most established to the newest, freshest talent in the UK. Established in 2000 by Judith Weir, as our outgoing Artistic Director, the fund is now less than £50,000 from its target.
Festival Fund
Our programme of work reaches over 25,000 per year and benefits both the communities of Tower Hamlets and Greater London. Our work is known for its quality and integrity and we are constantly looking for ways to support our programme. You can make a direct contribution to our work either by directing your donation to a particular event or project, or by making a general donation.
Legacies
Include the Festival in your will, either by donating to the New Music Commission Fund or to the Festival and Education and Community Fund. Continue supporting us and ensure that others continue to enjoy and learn about music through the festival.
