Can I exchange my tickets?
Tickets may be exchanged for others of equal value for any other concert (where available) in the current Festival. Refunds can only be made if the event for which the tickets are booked is sold out and returned tickets are re-sold by the box office. Please phone the box office on 020 7377 1362.
Are your venues accessible?
There is wheelchair access at all our concert venues and hearing loops at venue box offices. If you have any queries or require assistance please phone the box office on 020 7377 1362, minicom 020 7375 0730 or email info@spitalfieldsfestival.org.uk
I have particular seating requirements, can you help?
If you have any requirements (eg extra leg room or a particular view) please ask any member of box office staff when booking, and we will do our best to allocate the most suitable seat available.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the concert. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the programme. |
